Del Norte County Office of Education's Health Service Department services all schools in the Del Norte Unified School District.
Health Requirements for 7th Grade, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade
7th Grade: Proof of required immunizations must be on file with your school’s office before the first day of school. See the CDPH Parent Guide to Immunizations for grade-specific requirements.
Kindergarten: Proof of required immunizations must be on file before the first day of school. Oral Health Assessment is due by May 31 of the kindergarten year.
First Grade: The School Entry Health Exam must be completed within 18 months before first grade or within 90 days after first grade starts.
